There are 3 MAIN things you need in order to be a successful producer and those branch off into their own skills too:
1. The ability to network well! You have to know how to talk to women, know how to take no for an answer, and know how to make people feel comfortable around you.
2. How to use a camera. Not just the technical skills of lighting and framing, but also having a VISION. Anyone can make porn but to be successful you have to do more than just record the act; show them something they can't take their eyes off!
3. Marketing yourself. You can do everything right but if you aren't being seen then you won't do well. Learning what and what NOT to post across social media and other platforms is gonna be a HUGE part of growing year after year. Learning what your audience likes and being consistent about it is an efficient way to grow.
