Rinse the rice in cold water and boil it in 300ml of water until tender. ⏲️2. In a small bowl mix together the rice vinegar, sugar and salt, add this to the cooked rice, mix gently and leave to cool. 🌀3- On a bamboo mat, lay out a sheet of nori with the shiny side facing down. 🌿4.
