Its your time to rest, and if you love to travel, like I do, enjoying new cuisines can be a lot of fun! An easy trick I have always done when I travel is I eat lighter during the day. This way, I can enjoy my dinner meals with no guilt. Maybe you cut your carbs down from half your normal amount during the day, and allow yourself some freedom at night. Either way, try not to stress too much about your diet and traveling. A week off in the big picture won't matter at all! ❤️ Picture taken from my trip to Dubai 🇦🇪 (a country with amazing restaurants!)
