No matter how much I tell myself change is good, my body still resists. It wants everything to stay the same, in its place. Right now things are turned upside down (literally). I’m a bit emotional about it. I’m doing well … don’t worry … it’s all for the better … I just need a day to process. 🙃 I really enjoy posting a few times a day. Today I’m going to try and get out of my head. Be patient this may be my only post on OF for the day. I’m going to put on a podcast to help me focus on the opportunities in front of my versus what I’m leaving behind. Clean up my surroundings and maybe get in a light workout. Perhaps a bike ride in the fresh air. I hope you have an amazing day and I’ll try and get back to everyone’s messages later today. 🙂 Oh and welcome to my new fans.
