Teaching my son how to dress his chest tube incisions before..
🕑 Added 2023-01-17 01:34:01 +0000 UTC Teaching my son how to dress his chest tube incisions before we bring him to college♥️🙏. I also took pictures so his roommates can help him put on new dressings when he gets out of the shower each day. I wish he had more time at home but his classes start tomorrow. He is taking Physics 2, Chem 1, Calc 4 and Project Based Inquiry this semester. We are also making a safety plan with his surgeon contact info, symptoms of collapsed lung recurrence, telling his roommates these symptoms so they can call 911 if needed and checking his oxygen levels regularly with a finger pulse oximeter 🙏♥️
