I must say it is my fav college football stadium I’ve been to (better than Purdue, Illinois, Michigan). The atmosphere was just super fun and the stadium itself was the prettiest and most comfortable out of the ones I’ve visited. Anyway, here’s my flu bomb recipe. It’s amazing for treating and preventing a cold / flu Ingredients 1- inch piece of ginger thinly sliced1 clove of garlic crushedJuice of 1 lemon1 Tbsp of honey (manuka is best)A pinch of cayenne pepper1 tsp of turmeric powder1 tsp of apple cider vinegar1 drop of eucalyptus oil Sprinkle of black pepper Sprinkle of Himalayan pink salt Optional herbs like rosemary1 cup of hot water
