When do you feel most connected to your body (either sexually, sensually, energetically, etc) when you are not participating in intimacy? What activities turn you on energetically? When do you feel fully present and connected to your divine feminine/masculine? For me, a few examples would be when I’m doing yoga, skinny dipping is a big one for me, naked sunbathing, wearing a super feminine hippie outfit, making myself a healthy indulgent fancy meal, dancing, taking plant medicine, meditating.
