Every day I work, draw, come up with new ideas, but it hardly pays off. It really makes me very anxious. I knew that this moment would come, my calm phase would be replaced by an anxious one. And then depression would set in. Usually the heaviest peak occurs in November - December. I feel so useless, unnecessary, ungrateful, helpless, pathetic... Today, according to the plan, I will make a new collage, shoot a video reels, edit it, prepare the material, and make posts on other social networks, sort out my еmail, answer messages. I have absolutely no strength, I feel like a piece of sh*t… I am soaked in anxiety from head to toe...
