(*for sure, I am becoming master in heavy lifting*) Past weeks were a rollercoaster. In middle of november I left for very intense 10 day meditation retreat (vipassana). they took first day our phones and gave us them back on last day. first message i read on my phone was from mom that my beloved granny died... and that next day is funeral. It were very emotinal days and i took few more days out of internet to process all feelings, emotions. Took time for a grief, to say goodbye to my granny... I feel like everything what wanted to be felt and expressed got its space. ... Now I feel so much grattitude and happiness. For my granny. For my family. For life i live. thank you so much for being with me
