Some thoughts/reminders about what's goin on right now in the world. There is so much that we cannot control/want to change right now. All we can control is ourselves. For a majority of people in society that is a tough pill to swallow but it is the truth. Especially when it comes to sexual energy/self expression...there is literally no one else who can improve that for you. You can't hire someone to express yourself for you, and you can't pass a law to help build your sexual energy. And guess what? Sexual energy and self expression are a couple of the keys to happiness. Therefore, happiness is an internal job. We have the tools in our mind and body to overcome issues we are having right now in this moment. The most important thing we can do as a world right now is to feel our emotions. The intense times are bringing up emotions we have never seen before/thought we already dealt with, and most people are confused with what to do with them. Our gut instinct is to spit them back at people/judge/blame someone else-all ways of not taking responsibility for our own bodies. Close your eyes and feel that anger/pain/sadness/fear and see the magic that happens. These emotions just want to be seen and felt, because they have been ignored in your body for so long. If every person in the world (including in politics) sat down, took a deep breath, and felt their emotions, we would be looking at a much different world.
