Where my workout peps at?! 🙋♀️
So far San Diego has been awesome! Looking to hit up some of the beaches today. Any recommendations? I just slept what I can only assume was 20hrs, maybe 🤷♀️
I wasn’t counting...
But, I felt my body needed it. I had been pushing myself/body and mind to my limits and not in a good way. So, I woke up today, had breakfast and had a little home workout on the balcony under the sun. Felt great to get a pump. I’ll be sure to open a “workout story highlight” with daily workouts. And I promise to do them naked whenever I can 😉
This part of today’s workout the main focus was legs. I activated my gluts with bands, 5 steps side to side, and hamstring action with bands. Did this for 3 sets. Let me know if there’s any specific workout you’d like me to do :)
