I can’t tell you how many times especially as a keeper, I wished I was a bigger body for people to challenge. Whether it be in the air or a 1v1, having more strength and weight would have altered many people from attempting to make contact with me. Most importantly, I would have been much more comfortable challenging the ball, and wouldn’t have gotten hurt as much.
