So fast that your body is left with no choice but to tap into fat. When you workout with weights, it’s crucial your body has lots of carbohydrates (glycogen) to use. Otherwise you’ll fatigue extremely quick, and won’t be able to hit as many high intensity sets. This reasoning alone is why I prefer them at different times.
