I couldnt get to sleep last night, I'm not sure why but at least I woke up to a glorious sleep
In my endless wake I meditated and wrote up a plan for the last four months of the year and I'm really excited! A lot of it is focused on self love and the things that make me happy which includes this page 😁
I ended up buying a treadmill and my head hit the pillow fast asleep after that. Turns out even the idea of a treadmill run exhausts me :P
