I don't typically make them myself as I usually feel if I want something bad enough, I'll make changes NOW, but I want to get myself even more in shape. I know that COVID has made me a little softer in the middle. Sure, it's giving more plush to my butt and boobs but...my waistline. Oof. I just love pizza too much, haha!
