i tried a reformer pilates class last week for the first time and i can 100% recommend it! it felt like i was doing weight lifting but the machine, the music and the teacher made it 100x more exciting for me than going to the gym (unlike yoga which can often be mostly millennial women my pilates class was a mix of all ages and gender) if you’re interested just make sure to find somewhere offering an introduction class so you can learn how to use the machine before joining a regular class ✨
