Got a hair trim today and a much needed massage. For the past few months I’ve been traveling and my muscles tense up even more than usual because of anxiety, so making time to get myself a massage a priority has been beneficial for me. I love giving massages, but something so nice about receiving one also! Therapeutic and reviving. Hope you’re having a great weekend!
