🕑 Added 2023-11-21 02:16:21 +0000 UTC Today was a rest day! I spent it in bed with my trusted heating pad! I was able to get in for a massage and that did a world of difference! The spot that hurts the mist is my left butt/side which is where I hit the ground. The RMT did a lot of work there and allover so I can now somewhat lift my arms up without too much wincing! LOL I have a lesson on Thursday so a girls gotta do what it takes to get back in riding shape!!! Hope everyone had a good Monday!!
