And though I’d like to say the days of eating four whoppers after a workout are over the other night I ate two pot pies and four cheeseburgers so the only thing that’s over is me swimming miles everyday after school. Swimming gave me a lot of strength and endurance but it also gave me a lot of focus and discipline. Because everyone is so fast on a higher level every breath and every stroke matters to every single inch. Lots of people ask me how I film my POV shots and I just hold the phone in my mouth. I can exert myself and still breath enough probably because of this long term training. Training that eventually got me to the marines, for further feats of strength and discipline. Lol. My parents also loved to scuba dive when we went on vacation so being in the water is second nature to me. @dadisbig
