Just a short little live stream today of me stretching. Going to do these more often from now on, since I've been doing more yoga & stretching lately anyway.
It's so nice to do this with the window open and a light breeze coming through, that I can feel on my bare skin. Maybe you can even hear the birds singing outside? I definitely can and it's the perfect little tranquil moment for me ❤️
