🕑 Added 2023-10-11 16:20:06 +0000 UTC Good afternoon! Thanks to you, I want to present this very useful element that you understand. It is an adjustable weight vest, it goes from 0 to 30kg. In which we carry out different already known activities to see how it behaves. I am using it at 20 kg, the weight is always regulated to what we can tolerate, but as long as we can work and carry out the agreed activities. If I tolerate 30 kg but it distorts my activity or I can't maintain the techniques of an exercise... it doesn't work for us... I'll see you in the video! ---------------------------------------------- ¡Buenas tardes!
