Another dose of naked yoga stretching 💫
I can’t necessarily say I do yoga every day, but I can say I do body stretches every day. Especially when I first wake up my body always asks for some light movement. Depending on the day, and what I did the day before, sometimes my body asks me louder than other days. This morning my lower back was the focus of my stretching.
