🕑 Added 2023-08-09 04:41:56 +0000 UTC Whole upper body on Monday. Pretty much the same lift as last friday. Had the knee surgery today, the patellar tendon has been reconnected! O yeah lol Bit more pain, but nothing I cant handle. Gonna take the week off to let the incision heal up a bit. Hopefully next Monday I'll be back on track hitting each muscle group 2x a week again, with the exception of my left leg of course.
