⚠️ I'm having some bad issues with my MENTAL HEALTH these days so if I can't post every day and if I don't reply to your messages right away that's why. I have a great sense of duty, which often makes me feel very guilty when I don't do what I set out to do, but I'm trying to put my health first now ⚠️ . 🇮🇹⚠️ Sto avendo dei problemi con la mia salute mentale in questi giorni, perciò se non dovessi riuscire a pubblicare tutti i giorni ed essere presente è per questo. Ho un grande senso del dovere, che spesso mi fa avere grandi sensi di colpa quando non faccio ciò che mi prefiggo, ma sto cercando di mettere al primo posto la mia salute ora ⚠️
