I did my first pole side climbs and am working on another pole trick rn too and some new stuff in Lyra, but my vids of those all have other people in them so I can’t post them 🙈 best believe I’m making some serious progress tho 😎 all the extra working out and cutting back on calories has me absolutely beat tho am I’m needing more sleep than usual. So I’ve had no extra time for anything but work, aerial, and sleep 😅 hoping I can find a good balance to get some more OF content in the mix too
