Back to the gym again and back to my regime 💪🏽 No overeating, no crazy food or crap food. Need to heal my kidneys and livers 😕 My body still holds all the water after the fight, but now, I feel more relaxed..so I can enjoy as much healthy food as I need. 🥰 In one week I start to gain weight again. After 2-3 months will be finally the off-season and then the prep for season 2024. 😍
