A couple of ab workout ideas to get that core nice, tight and strong. On another note, SLOTH and LAZINESS are silent killers. Eventually everything catches up to you. Procrastinating, making bullshit excuses as to why you can’t do something is just weakness, plain n simple, and it really is pathetic. Man or woman should never waste their lives sittin around and not as least “trying” to reach their full potential. Bad day, no time, injured, haven’t eaten, waiting for the right time…all fuckin excuses. I deal and have dealt with all those excuses for my entire 20 yrs of lifting; I still do it. Unless I physically cannot walk, or get out of bed, I will always find a way to make it to the gym and/or exercise 💯 No excuses! Just get shit done!
