Puttin some work in at an unfamiliar gym. Love the equipment and overall layout, the energy tho sucks ass. I don’t like crowded gyms, but I also hate working out in a “library type” setting. Too quiet, nobody puttin in work, and surrounded by a bunch of betas make a no-energy environment. Regardless got a decent lift in despite being completely exhausted. Oh yeah, overhead leg press…love it! Lower back however disagrees 😕
