The day starts as any other, in a haze of endless bl00d tests, endless arms. I’m halfway through my clinic and it’s dragging. I put my apron into clinical waste and leave my room to go and make a coffee. I walk down the corridor on autopilot, through the wards, past rooms. Something makes me turn my head and look into a room to my left and I see him. He’s propped up in his bed, both arms in casts and something strange about his mouth, teeth seem bared. He has grey hair, thinning slightly around the temples. I realise I’ve paused and I’m staring but I can’t seem to stop. He has lines around his eyes, I guess he’s somewhere in his 60’s. As I keep looking I realise what’s strange about his mouth, there’s wire in his teeth almost like braces.. his jaw has been wired shut.I find myself walking towards him trance like, as I get closer I notice the covers of his bed seem lopsided, it realise he’s broken a leg. There’s not much in the way of cuts or bruising but this guy must have had a hell of an accident, wired jaw, broken arms and a broken leg. He stares back at me, unable to speak. Something about his vulnerability hits me, and my pussy twitches, hot desire flooding my stomach. There’s nothing but an empty bed next to him and I look around and see no one. Before I know what I’m doing, I find myself popping down the buttons of my uniform and pushing down the cotton of my bra to expose my small pert tits and hard erect nipples.I see his eyes widen with shock, but his injuries leave little else for him to react with. I feel a thrill like I haven’t felt before - the thrill of having total control over this stranger. This man, who before whatever accident he’s endured would have almost certainly been able to mentally outsmart me and physically dominate me, now I can dominate him.I know I must go back to my clinic but I can’t resist before I leave, I lift the covers to see.. yes, there it is, a hard, throbbing cock under a flimsy hospital gown. I check again that no one can see into the room, and I push the gown up to his waist, watching his unblinking eyes widen. I lightly stroke my hand down his cock and hear his breath catch in his throat. I lean into him, and whisper into his ear ‘think about me’, then I smooth his gown and covers back into place, slip back into my uniform and return to the monotony of endless arms.I've been watching the clock, distracted and feeling my panties getting wetter, my pussy twitching. I can't stop thinking about him lying there, utterly powerless. Is he thinking about me? Is he remembering what my tits look like, nipples hard with desire? Is he remembering the feel of my hand on his hot, hard cock?I'm done for the day and I have to go back to him. I want more. I find his room, feeling the friction between my legs as I walk, feeling my own wetness, hearing my breath quicken. I see him and we lock eyes, the immediate sexual tension seems to crackle in the perfect stillness that you only seem to get in an air-conditioned hospital room. I slowly close the door behind me, feeling his eyes on my every movement. I drag the visitor's chair and put it against the door - I can't lock the room but I can buy myself a little time. I pull the curtain around his bed, just us, in what is suddenly a confined space and his laboured breathing now seems loud. I snap open the poppers uniform as I did before and remove my underwear, desperate for him to see me naked before him. I feel a rush of intense desire, the juxtaposition of his powerlessness while being under covers, and my power while being completely naked in front of him, unable to move.I climb carefully onto his bed, my legs spread over his lap, leaning back to show him my exposed pussy. I slide my fingers inside myself, letting him hear my wetness while I find his hard cock under the covers and take it in my hand, pumping him hard. I never break his gaze.I hear him moan, a deep, masculine sound that has me dripping. I slowly bend down over him and spit, rubbing the wetness down his cock with my hand before I take all of him in my mouth; all the way deep into the back of my throat. I gag on his hard cock and I feel the tears running down my face and I keep going. I feel myself retch and I fucking love it, this is what I've fantasised about all afternoon. I pause, sitting up to look at him, wiping the tears streaming down my face. "try not to cum" I tell him, "please, hold it for me - I've been thinking of this all day, wait as long as you can for me". I spit again on his throbbing cock and push it back, deep into my throat.I feel my pussy dripping and I know I'm making a wet patch on his hospital sheets, but I can cum later. Right now what I need most desperately is the taste of his precum and the feeling of him deep in my throat, filling it up and the guttural sounds he's making through that wired jaw. I keep going, lost in swirling my tongue around the tip of his cock and pushing him deep into my throat. I don't know how long I'm going, I feel the burning in my thighs and relish the work I'm doing, and hearing his almost pained moans growing louder, taking pleasure knowing he can't move or touch me.The breathing changes and I taste his thick, hot, salty cum fill my mouth and I swallow him down. He clearly hasn't been able to cum for a while which makes sense with his current predicament. I know because it takes three swallows to take him all down and I love it. I slowly move my lips up his shaft and gently lick the tip of him clean with my tongue. I sit up and look at him, wiping my mouth and licking my fingers to not waste a drop.I clamber off him, put my dress and tights back on, stuffing the rest of my underwear into the pockets of my uniform. I open the curtains back up and move the chair back to where it was before moving close to him. I lean down to whisper in his ear "you'll see me soon" and I leave. I can still taste him and feel the tingling sensation of his cum on my tongue. I know I'll be back for more, I just haven't yet decided how far to push this....
