At it again! 🏋🏻♀️ I know most of, if not all these workout posts seem repetitive; and they are, big time. Tho I do enjoy the fitness lifestyle, there are times I’m on autopilot in the gym. Training hard still, but my mind isn’t there. Zoning out 😶 thinking of eating good food, thinking of having some wild fun, taking a nap lol, whatever! Just NOT thinking about working out! But that’s where discipline kicks in, and dedication to this lifestyle. I’ve heard so many times that going so hard for so long isn’t sustainable for long periods of time. Well I’ve been doing this over 20 yrs and my husband almost 30 yrs…straight. Getting in shape can be done. Staying in shape can be done. It can all be done with some dedication, hard work, sweat, and some lifestyle changes. I’ll be 38 in a little over 3 weeks and I’m happy with the body I’ve built 🥰 Stop procrastinating and put the work in. Quit making bullshit excuses. Really the only person you’re hurtin by making excuses is yourself 🤷🏻♀️
