Happy Sunday my loves 💞 Hope you all had an amazing weekend. I’ve been busy as hell lately training. About once or twice a year I/we (hubby and I) really increase our training, and it’s the beginning of one of those times. My birthday is coming up in June; 37 yrs old, a mother and a wife I wanna be in the best shape of my life while simultaneously learning new skills. I’m learning stock trading as another financial a avenue and just to add more knowledge. As for the physical side, my training….we’ve switched it up from bodybuilding/weight training style, to more calisthenics and plyometrics. Going hard and it’s physically demanding on my body, not something I’m used to but I need it. Anyhow….take a look at my body and these holes that I know you want 😏 Have a good week everyone!
