Yesterday in Japan the temperature finally exceeded 30°🥵 Why is it so hot in Japan even though it is only June? Strange! We had a photo shoot outside yesterday and I thought I was going to melt. After the shoot, I thought it would be too much trouble to go to the gym, so I worked out at home. I don't like protein and don't drink much, but for some reason I was highly motivated that day, so I made a rare attempt to drink some protein. But I forgot to close the lid of the shaker and shook it as hard as I could! In an instant, the protein spread across the room, onto the walls, and filled the room with the smell. I was so amazed at my stupidity that I couldn't stop laughing for a while. I probably won't drink for a while. After that I played a game of AEW. It was released yesterday in Japan! My favorite is John Moxley. I only use him. But the controls are difficult for me and I fell asleep within an hour of playing. I am not a gamer, so I can't swallow it right away even if it is explained to me. Even if I learn one thing, I forget it immediately, so I'm not very good at those games.
