I’m feeling much more like myself, but not rushing it guys. I did take the dogs for a walk last night, after sleeping all day. And today, I have enough energy to get my nails done. I’m drinking Gatorade(even though I hate the taste) and taking vitamins and getting a little salt in me even though I have no appetite still. Hope you are all doing good.. I promise I’ll stop trying that fad diets and go back to eating normal and working out!
