***Addicted To Gluttony***
At the start of my break I was told by my Doctor that my BMI was TRIPLE what it should be and I needed to lose weight
Since I already wanted to regain some of my mobility anyway, I did my best to indulge a bit less and even bought a treadmill 🙄
After balancing out my lifestyle for a few months the cravings started to creep up on me…
Slowly but surely cheat meals started to become cheat days and cheat days started to become cheat weeks 😮💨
Before long, my treadmill was used more for holding fast food bags rather than going for walks and the pounds started to pile back on
I felt myself getting fatter, lazier and wider but of course that just reignited a fire in me and I began gorging myself more regularly again 🙈
“I’ll start working out again on Monday” I told myself as I covered a greasy double bacon burger with extra cheese whiz…
Next thing I know I found myself stuffed & bloated beyond belief surrounded by dozens of fast food bags and empty soda cups….
That is where this video begins, despite having eaten nothing but fat, salt & grease for the past 2 weeks I found myself STILL HUNGRY as I polished off a fully loaded Philly Cheese Steak
So of course I picked up my phone and ordered the most belly busting burger I could imagine..
2 Half Pound patties, bacon, fried eggs, cheddar cheese and of course extra cheese sauce to drown the entire thing in artery clogging deliciousness 🤤
I KNEW this was the LAST thing I should be ordering but of course that turned me on even more…
All I could think about was how appalled my doctor would be if she saw me like this, sprawled out on my couch surrounded by 2 weeks of fast food, ready to down another ungodly fried meat monstrosity
I stared at the treadmill covered in fast food bags and had an idea, If I just did a quick workout before my burger it would all balance out!
So I heaved myself up, cleared off the treadmill and started it up...
Immediately my legs started burning and my over bloated belly was bouncing everywhere.. “There’s no way I got this out of shape again” I thought to myself…”I must just need more fuel” as I reached for a leftover donut and stuffed it into my fat face 😮💨
I pushed as hard as I could but even setting the treadmill to 0.5 MPH was too much for me as I had to plop back onto the couch panting heavily
Just then the doorbell rang, my burger was here and I couldn’t be more relieved. All that exercise really worked up my appetite!
I was SO excited as I poured melted cheese all over the full pound of meat & grease and took a BIG bite 😍
I was in HEAVEN, how could I give up eating like this? How am I supposed to work out and get more mobile if all I want to do is gorge myself all day long?!
Fighting my Addiction to Gluttony is going to be harder than I thought…maybe it’s just better to give in and let go... 🤔
