Hiiiiii.. today a different kind of post.. I’m learning a new kind of training and I wanted to share a bit.. I just begun, it’s something I’m gonna do apart from weights, to improve flexibility and mobility. It might come in handy for this page as well 😉 I’d love to achieve splits and similar stuff..
