🕑 Added 2021-07-21 15:20:22 +0000 UTC Tip: For those who eat 1-2 times a day, I would not recommend to jump into 6 meals right away. You don’t want to get overwhelmed and quit next day lol. I would recommend double your meals but make smaller portions, you can make them the same as mine! 2 000 calories is a good amount for a regular person, I’m not talking about bodybuilders right now. For those who already lift and regularly go to the gym, you can make them a little bigger or start with my potions and see how you feel. The goal: to be hungry every 2:45 hours!!!! Let me know if you have any questions! You can send me progress pictures so I can see your progress as well! I’m so excited! Also you can send me pictures now, so I know where you are and we can compare them in 4-5 weeks, and see who won! Special prize will be waiting for you 🏆 By the way you are more then welcome to support me with your tips! 💴 I buy a loooooot of chicken daily lol You will help me to stay on truck and get jacked 🦾
