Drinking Double Cream and belly rubs
Jan 1st. First day of my January gaining challenge: To gain at least 30lbs in January! Half way in to the day and I’m trying 600ml of double cream, 467cals per 100ml. It starts off ok, but the taste and texture gets to me a bit. I try adding sugar later. But I’m not used to this, my body is complaining.
By the end of the day I’ve eaten 8500 calories (photos and video to follow) but the cream means everything is sitting just too heavy and I did not sleep well.
If I’m to do cream every day, I need to mix it with something. And probably chug too. Any tips people? (Also: why does uploading video here take FOREVER?)
also, food challenges! Yes I’ll do them for you on video, but I can’t do them unfunded. So, get creative.
