I treated myself to a Turkish bubble massage and left feeling so relaxed… that I immediately took a nap when I returned to my airbnb! 🥱 I’m feeling a lot better today- but will continue to take it easy. 💛 Happy Friday! Fun Fact: Turkish Baths are much less intense than a Russian Banya or Finnish Sauna… I went prepared to break a sweat- but it was more of a warm relaxing heat than a steamy sweat lodge.
