The trip was wonderful and peaceful. I took a break from the internet and TV💕
I spent both days walking a lot by the lake, and on Sunday I even grilled some veggies for myself!😎🐰
I wanted to read a new book, but couldn’t decide on anything, so I started rereading Cannery Row by John Steinbeck. I just love this book so much!🥰
I think I’ll try to go on trips like this more often and read — it’s so calming!🌸
Honestly, Steinbeck and Faulkner are my two favorite authors; I feel like I reread their novels more than any others!❤️🔥
