Okay this is just an update..I was b.eating myself up a lot yesterday 😪 I made the video, went to edit it in a not sober state of mind and hated it then deleted it 😱 immediately after I realized I was being so overly critical of myself. That was Sunday and yesterday I was in a depressive episode because I felt like I let you guys down 🥺 but today I'm practicing self forgiveness because it's not that big of a deal I can make it again and change some things to hopefully make me fell less self conscious of the way I look on camera.
Something else I found out yesterday while doom scrolling is that it's suicide awareness month and in a time where everyone is feeling more lonley than ever, and especially for you.ng men when they're taught to suppress their feelings or maybe don't have the tools yet to handle them, I just want to put out there that vulnerability can be a very scary but very healing experience. It can be really difficult for some people to feel safe being vulnerable. So I just want to put it out their that I really do care about everyone that's here 💛 I enjoy hearing about your days and how you are doing. I'm a judgment free zone, I'm not a licensed th.erapist or anything so I can give you any professional advice but I'm trying to create a place that feels safe to express yourself and share parts of yourself that havnt felt safe or seen.
