The rose quartz stone I use on my face is called a Gua Sha. It’s an ancient skin care technique that helps stimulate blood flow to the face which helps reduce wrinkles, and it feels just divine. 💜
I’ve been in the ocean almost every day this week 😍 so I’m having to be sure to pay extra care to my hair and skin.
