When I moved countries recently I decided it was time to get my internal health back in check. Family history has me fighting some less than fun genetics. Anyways. 3 weeks ago I started to really get serious. And while I’m not basing my change of looks or the scale, I do know everything I do for my inner self is going to have a positive effect on my outer self. Today marks the lowest weight for me in over 9 years. So while this isn’t my main goal. It’s a little win I just had to share.
