( dry shampoo in between washes ) • invest in hair oils & hair masks. • when washing your hair make sure to massage scalp to stimulate new growth. • try not to apply too much heat but when you do don’t forget heat protection. • supplements are super important! my favs are biotin, iron, & or zinc!
