I decided to make a video of me finishing my 30 days of yoga challenge cause I'm pretty proud of myself for actually finishing it for the first time. But when I start the video, for the first time ever in like 10 years, it's a self lead day XD My adhd brain immediately forgets everything I know about yoga and I proceed to flounder through 30 minutes of hot sweaty naked yoga I had fun tho and I'm still super proud of myself for doing it! Hey, sorry I havenโt been posting as much lately, Iโve been really stressed and overwhelmed. Iโve had allot of medical stuff going on this year mostly my hypothyroidism, and I donโt have insurance so itโs been an extremely expensive and stressful year so far.
