before breakfast, I drink 1-2 glasses of warm (almost hot water) and start breakfast 🫗 my breakfast is all that's left in the fridge ((That's why the portion is small, I'm eat a little more than usual) : 2 kiwis, half a banana, cottage cheese, a spoonful of sour cream, flax seeds , condensed milk 🥝🍌
