Hello! Sorry for the lack of updates the past 3 days! Been a stressful week with family and life stuff. My fam kinda got “scammed” by a relative, and ive been dealing with the transactions.A series of frustrations ended up crying for 3 days straight and just shut down. Kaizen update! Excuse my unfiltered face after waking up lol its to show my actual unedited body I keep saying im in a fitness program called Kaizen from the lazy lifter. Its a 100 day challenge where i do calorie tracking, workouts, and have daily step and protein goals. Which is why i always post protein stuff. I have accountability groups and weekly lessons too. Taking a hibernation break from a tiring climb. I thought it was gonna be a chill climb bec of the low difficulty lvl 3/9. In the end it wasnt bec it rained the entire time and the winds were so strong, everyone was freezing cold at the top. We started at 1am and it was already raining cold. Busy weekend! Sorry wasnt able to respond for the past 2 days. Went to the province, lots of traveling and traffic, did 4 sets of shoot, and more traveling and traffic.
