Tofu tacos last night! I cut mine into cubes so it's easy to make into smaller pieces:) Add some taco seasoning and I put in some seasonings my husband brought back from Texas! Then the third photo has Pico de Gallo in it && added some pepperjack cheese in with it! Tastes just like chicken!
