Hello everyone, here's a recipe I threw together on Friday 🥣 It's fast, for when you have less than 20 minutes total including prep and dish because it's only gathering materials. No chopping, less dishes. You can do as many eggs as you want, but I realized this comes out pretty fluffy on its own. Hungry? Curry potatoes and egg, 20 mins or less Chop large gold potato into 1x1 inch pieces Boil until just tender, remove from pot. Add tablespoon of unsalted butter, curry powder, onion powder, diced turmeric, thyme, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and fold in raw egg. Use a masher to lightly break up potatoes then cover. Stir and Transfer to bowl after a few minutes Salt to your preference 😀 Sub anything, make it yours, super fast.
