I’m sick again😩, but here was one good day right before I came down with something else. Has anyone else been sick more than usual this season? Anyway, I’ll be sharing some more livestreams from my archives for now since I’ve been too sick to make new content. ☹️ Here’s the first live I ever did on here! Any tips are appreciated because I’ve also had to cancel shoots and figure drawing sessions and I don’t get paid sick days 🙃

I thought I should show you too!! Let me know if you try it! You have to squat, keep your feet flat, touch your head to the floor and then return to a squat.
