My favourite part of this lift was throwing him down 😁😂 We had done it about 5 times already and I was getting a bit tired after a very long lift and carry session.

Someone asked me about my morning meal, so here’s a little video. Iv had the same breakfast for at least the last 14 years! Creature of habit I guess. Or maybe the habits of a bodybuilder 🤷♀️ It’s a portion of protein powder, raw oats, banana, and another piece of fruit (usually frozen mixed berries, but it’s a satsuma here on holiday because I can’t find berries). I never have breakfast in the hotel - I don’t like the smell of toast or eggs… 🤪

I love doing head scissors. I would say in all the sessions Iv done where I’m doing the different head scissors, Iv only ever gone to about a 6 out of 10 in terms of power used. It is fun 🤩 🤩 Watch this “how to train your inner thighs especially for scissoring” 😊😊😊

A couple of hotel residents walked past while I was doing this video 🤣 They looked very confused and interested at the same time. I guess I would also be intrigued to see a muscle lady flexing randomly in the hotel lobby area. 😊😊

Working some rear delts… I’m definitely going to head to the gym again later and take advantage of having spare time to train twice a day. 😊
